Post-nasal drip (PND) occurs when excessive mucus is produced by the sinuses. The excess mucus accumulates in the throat or back of the nose. It can be caused by rhinitis, sinusitis, or laryngopharyngeal acid reflux. Usually caused by allergies, weather, humidity and late sleeping habits as what the doc said.. I think mine is all 3, hahaha...I suffer from coughing, spitting, vomiting, throat discomfort on some mornings and I cant survive without hot water to clear the nose and throat when I wake up..
However after the doctor's visit, I am given the nasal spray so we shall see how it works now. The canister isnt big, just 30 doses and with 2 dose for each nostril, Im left with 26 doses. However this morning, the PND isnt so bad. maybe the Vit C drink did help and i did managed to find some 7 hrs of nearly uninterrupted sleep. hahaha. booya!
smoke on the water.
