its funny..those who can sleep choose not to sleep less they are tired or in need of it.. those who cant sleep just want to sleep even if they know they cant afford to sleep.. when you are able to sleep earlier & longer, you chose not too, and when you are needed to sleep later & shorter, you tend not to want it.. sleep is what we defined as a state of bodily rest where the entire body just switched to sleep mode * no pun intended* hahahaha and just rejuvenate itself in whatever ways it can and should..
one can say i its essential for the well being and the survival of one's individual..(once i got sleep deprived and it was soo physically exhausting, i saw white elephants in front of me) clear sign of hallucinations are i think generally a sure way to say you need more rest and sleep.. =P
though there are the other case where people overall, just have too much sleep.. too little and you feel lethargic & too much of it, well you still feel lethargic.. headache, drowsiness, heaviness.. why? i dont know, im not brain doctor.. but i do know the worst feeling to get if you over sleep is the sense of guilt and crappiness that you just wasted precious time sleeping..
hahaha that feeling eats you, like like a lighted cigarette man.. i never like wasting time sleeping.. unless of course, i have time to waste.. but usually, its never the case sadly.. hahaha.. everday i sleep for a maximum time of 6 hrs, even on weekend.. i wanna sleep abit more =) at least to get rid of the freaking eyebags and shadow on my face.. =)
a sure sign that i need it?? i overslept again just now.. so yeah. WAKE UP WAKE UP HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
