ok baybeats 2005 is over.. had a great time man.. my shoes and jeans are still dirty! must wash them LOL.. anyway first day was nicee.. the crowd was just nice and after weeks, finally able to meet up with fattah and haireel.. lol fattah trimmed his hair.. and haireel now goes around with bike helmet..someone got motorbike eh ;)
the performance was not bad also, though thanks to security, lol couldnt really mosh =P B-quartet is really a weird band with weird way of singing.. LOL very draggy as some say.. My Squared Circle has a really good drummer.. Naked Breed has the best guitarist i ever seen playing live in a rock gig here =) his guitar solo makes you wanna pick up a guitar and solo away! lol but the most entertaining was still at the Chill-Out stage.. The Pinholes was damn funny! the singer, the way they performed.. lol soo 70s man.. its nice, too bad i didnt buy their CD... i got other albums to buy!
second day was more chaotic.. and i really mean it man.. first thing i thought when i step inside bay beats.. WHAT THE HELL.. am i in malaysia or what!?! everywhere i look and turn! malays! LOL if the government wanna get rid of alot of malays, bay beats on a sat would be the most perfect time =) yeah manage to find matt in all that crowds but the chill out performance got postponed cos it was drizzling.. moved to the arena front row for PLush.. man got surrounded by alot of rock girls.. like all girls except for me and matt.. it was niceeeeee =)
lol Plush was great also, the singer was hot ;) matt got her autograph hehehe.. yeah and this 2 girls kept laughing at me, copied what i said! and tapped me on the shoulder and said hey! lol sweet! at first i thought they were hazwani's sis or something, lol i was wrong.. complete strangers =) then love me butch played.. man, that was the BEST.. really what some would say a rock gig.. lol pushing, shoving, moshing, body surfing, ppl falling down *including me* Love Me Butch has that music going that get ppl hypnotise and enchanted LOL.. after that, i was literally wet with sweat, i smell and damn thirsty and hot!
then there was Brandnew Sunset and we missed that, lol it was too packed to go in already.. Surreal was suprisingly good.. they improved since last year's Bay Beats.. not bad man.. ROCK ON.. Brandston was nice too... though i cant really hear what the drummer sings :P lol as the guitarist from Surreal said, if you like the show, go "kekhaw!! khekhaw!!"
